Its Thursday.. We made it through the time change! Lets finish strong this week!

Also this is the last week of the 2026 Open. 26.3 is up! We will meet Saturday 10am. Everyone has done a great job in the Open!

Partners to accumulate 150 Wall Balls. Working separately partner 1 starts wall balls-partner 2 rests-when partner 1 breaks wall balls-partner 2 performs 20 AbMat Sit-ups . Then Partner 2 starts wall balls-partner 1 rests. When partner 2 breaks wall balls, partner 1 performs 20 KB American Swings . Etc until 150 Wall Balls are accumulated.
