Partners will alternate drawing from a full deck of cards using the value of card to determine reps in the following movements:

Spades - Thrusters (75/55)

Hearts - Box Jumps (24/20)

Clubs - Box Dips

Diamonds - Mountain Climbers (x3)

If athlete draws a Joker, they will run 400M.

Score will be total time in MetCon. See you tomorrow. DOWORK!
