Workouts make you younger. It all boils down to the fact that exercise increases your mitochondria, the power centers of every cell in your body. The more plentiful and efficient your mitochondria are, the better each cell works-whether that's a skin cell cranking out plumping collagen or a muscle cell laying down strength-building fibers-and the younger your body looks, feels, and operates.

Circuit 1

Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Do each exercise twice before moving to the next one. 

Yoga Pushups

Side Plank Reach Through (R+L)

Circuit 2

Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Do each exercise twice before moving to the next one. 

Lateral Pushups

Straight Leg Situps

Side Plank Knee Drivers (R+L)

Finishing Pushup Blaster

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds. Don't rest between movements.
