Partner 1: Run 200M
Partner 2: Begins the following movements…
- 14 Goblet Lunges (44/35)
- 12 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (same kb)
- 15 Squats
- 8 Toes to Bar/8 Toes to Rings/12 Hanging High Knee Raises
Once Partner 1 returns from run, athlete will take over where Partner 2 has gotten to in the movements. This rotation will continue the duration of the AMRAP.
Score will be total rounds and reps completed by each team.
