18 Minute AMRAP
P1: 200M Double Plate Carry/School Book Style (35’s/25’s)
P2: Begins an AMRAP of the following:
- 100 Single Unders
- 12 Plate Ground 2 Overhead (35/25)
- 12 Dynamic Push-ups
- 12 Kayaks with Plate
When P1 enters gym, athlete will take over where P2 left off. They will continue to rotate positions duration of AMRAP.
Score will be rounds plus reps in AMRAP.
