Partners will be given one die. They will take turns rolling the die, taking turns on the following movements…

4x Through

- Dragonflies

- KB Goblet Squats (44/35)

- Alt KB Snatches

- Burpees

- Ring Rows

Reps will be equivalent to 3x the number on the die. If athlete rolls a 1, he/she will complete a 20 Cal Row instead of next movement…
